Me dirigo a Uds,para expresarle mi más enérgica protesta,en la forma que se le ha tratado a un cliente final de Uds,les pidió solución;y Uds se lo pasan por alto,creanme somos muchos componentes de éste foro ferroviario de escala N    http://www.escalan.es/thread-7628.html úno de los foros de referencia en España de la escala N.-
Pueden estar seguros que haremos correr la voz,a nuestros compañeros,para qué así se lo piensen antes de comprar un producto de Uds,derivado a la mala y poca atención que dispensan a los usuarios finales.-
Por mi parte pienso ponerlo en conocimiento a otros compañeros ,mediante redes sociales.-
Espero que recapaciten y atiendan en lo que se merece a nuestro compañero,con el problema por él expuesto.-

You can be sure that we will spread the word, to our colleagues, for what you think before buying a product from you, derived from the bad and little attention they give to the end users.
For my part I think to put it in knowledge to other partners, by means of social networks.
I hope they reconsider and attend to what is deserving of our partner, with the problem I have exposed.
