Siguiendo con este hilo y habida cuenta de que el delegado de ventas de Arnold en España no ha respondido a las dos preguntas realizadas tal como me comunicaron desde UK. Envio nuevo correo al departamento de atención al cliente de Hornby en la espera de ser atendida mi reclamación.
